Billionaire and Aoun establish prelim coordination measures

Writing in Al-Akhbar the other day, Ghassan Sa’ud said that Former Deputy Prime Minister Issam Farres, a multi billionaire from Akkar in the North, had successfully established preliminary coordination measures with the Free Patriotic Movement with which he shares influence in most Orthodox villages in Akkar.
