Sure, Tunisian state needs vigorous de-radicalazation program alonside training+weapons, but Parallel State structurally incapable of implementation!
I agree with many colleagues in Tunis that, yes, for sure heavy handed tactics wont work, and a strong de-rad process is needed.
My point is this logical approach will NEVER be achieved so long as the main cancer – Tunisia’s Parallel State – is hegemonic. It is structurally incapable of such a move!
