Hizbullah’s Deputy SG on June 1 according to the Lebanese National News Agency: “..Today, we believe that resistance is the only feasible solution. The solution with Israel is military only. There is no diplomatic or political solution because Israel understands the language of force only. This is what it has told us during 62 years of experiences. If it does not see steel it will not desist. Steel can only be blunted by steel.”

He continued: “We must not forget here that the region today is bright with the blessing of the resistance states. I will not say the rejectionist states, because rejection is a negative action; it means doing nothing. As for the resistance, it is a movement towards jihad and backing the mujahidin. We can say clearly that Islamic Iran is a resistance state and that Al-Asad’s Syria is a resistance state. We are also proud to be a resistance in Hezbollah with our Palestinian resistance and the two resistance states Iran and Syria, whether the hypocrites like it or not…”
