Muslim Brother group said arrested in UAE

Perhaps an important story translated here by Mideastwire.com in part:

On September 20, the Emirati Emarat al-Youm newspaper carried the following report by its correspondent Sami ar-Riyami: “Knowledgeable sources assured that the 60 detainees belonging to the legally-banned Muslim Brotherhood group, made confessions revealing their belonging to a secret organization which established a military wing with the purpose of taking over power and establishing a religious government in the Emirates via illicit means. The sources stressed to Emarat al-Youm that the case of the latter arrestees was purely criminal and had nothing to do with the fact that they are religious scholars, defending political causes or demanding reforms, in light of their “documented confessions that confirm their establishment of a secret organization affiliated with the international organization of the MB, enjoying funds, managing investments and collecting donations.”
