Is this true? Hizbullah was taken OFF state dept list of terrorists after 9/11…

Does anyone know if this is accurate? I was surprised… but an ironic development on a day that saw a US court essentially blame and sanction al-qaeda, IRAN AND HIZBULLAH for the 9/11 attacks!
